Information we collect

RecEms may store saved products, recent searches and display preferences in your browser using local storage. This lets you come back later without creating an account.

If optional AI search is used, your query is sent to our server-side AI endpoint so a recommendation can be generated. Do not include sensitive personal information in shopping queries.

Analytics and affiliate links

We may use analytics to understand searches, page usage and affiliate-click performance. Affiliate partners may receive information when you click through to their websites.

Cookies and local storage

Saved items are stored on your device. You can clear them from the saved-items drawer or through your browser settings.

Third-party services

RecEms may link to retailers such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress and others. Their privacy policies apply after you leave RecEms.

Your choices

You can use free search without AI. You can clear saved items at any time. You can also disable browser storage or analytics using browser controls or privacy tools.
